About "The Notes"

Are we, at least, somewhat certain as to where this name came from? You're going out on an awefully weak limb to say that it may be from a Fantasy storyline (albeit, a really good one) from a completely different genre. For all we know, TPTB named this ship in homage to the cannibis plant... which frequents Vancouver (where the production is done) in seedy form and ways. Unless there is more substantial proof as to the origin of this name, let's keep the conjecture for discussion pages, and not for the stated article. (Removed material follows... if you find out for certain, put it back in)

The name "Greenleaf" is perhaps a subtle referrence to Legolas of the Lord of the Rings saga, whose name means "Green-leaf" in Sindarin.

I agree, this isn't remotely firm enough to be appropriate. --Peter Farago 13:40, 12 February 2006 (EST)

I disagree: Legolas' name as "Greenleaf" is actually pretty well known. Either way, that's why I used the qualifier "Perhaps". I want to put this back in. (BTW, I have asked the RDM blog but this could take forever; I have been upset with the RDM blog of late: his last entry answered only 3 questions, and 2 of them has already been DIRECTLY answered; "Why don't we see the engine room?" and "where's Boxey?" were already answered months ago, and he forgot to check for this. I mean, I've got like 20 questions up there that I recently asked in rapic succession which remain unanswered, some of which would be quite useful, such as "Hey, who did the voice for the Pegasus computers? Was it some cool cameo?", etc etc. --The Merovingian 18:04, 12 February 2006 (EST)

It's neither interesting, relevant, nor definitive. Leave it off. --Peter Farago 18:22, 12 February 2006 (EST)

Can someone upload a screengrab of the maintainence corridor glimpsed in Sacrifice? --Peter Farago 14:18, 21 May 2006 (CDT)

I don't know if that would really fit: it's supposed to be a picture of the ship, not of the inside. And the inside was just yet another interchangeable hallway. --The Merovingian (C - E) 15:56, 21 May 2006 (CDT)
Obviously an external shot would be better, but if an internal is all we have, I think it'll do. --Peter Farago 16:19, 21 May 2006 (CDT)
This is from the second half of the season so it'll have to wait until either the 2.5 dvd's come out or the UK season 2 box set is released in August--Mercifull 03:15, 22 May 2006 (CDT)

What the hell does the Greenleaf look like?--CoreyDanian 10.42, 3 October 2006 (CDT)

We've only seen the interior shot of a corridor, during "Sacrifice". --Peter Farago 19:34, 2 October 2006 (CDT)
I believe the only external shot we have is when Abinell is sucked into space, but it is, by no means, a full shot of the ship. -- Joe Beaudoin So say we all - Donate 20:09, 2 October 2006 (CDT)
Try then. CoreyDanian 3 October 2006

Anyone try to get an image of the Greenleaf yet.--CoreyDanian 10 October 2006

I'll get one later tonight since I have the 2.5 dvds now, I wasn't able to before. --Talos 17:42, 9 October 2006 (CDT)
Here is a pic of the corridor. --Talos 22:04, 9 October 2006 (CDT)

If you can get a picture of the hull, maybe I can identify it.--CoreyDanian 11.32 28 November 2006

Greenleaf mentioned

Wasn't Greenleaf mentioned this past episode? Gaeta remarks that as soon as (I think it was Greenleaf) fixed some problem they would be able to jump again. Not a big deal, but if it's mentioned by name in the ep we might want to note it. I went to check the transcript but Sadgeezer's maxed out their bandwidth. --Steelviper 11:31, 23 March 2007 (CDT)

Good catch. It's right at the beginning. Repairs to the FTL drive.
