Mitsukai, it does not please me to continually revert your edits, but I must insist that you provide a reference for cigars being referred to as "Fumarellos" in the re-imagined series. As far as I am aware, this term has never been used in that context. --April Arcus 23:36, 4 February 2006 (EST)

I seem to remember Baltar calling them that in the first season. An image comes to mind of Baltar gambling against Starbuck and winning everything she had. He consoled her with a cigar "hand rolled from some of the finest fumarello leaf on Caprica." The line was in "Water" but I don't know whether he actually said it on screen. - Ngarenn 23:02, 19 October 2006 (CDT)
But that could also mean that "fumarello leaf" is a kind of tobacco (known for it's very good quality), but not a name for cigars or tobacco in general. Even if it's the Colonial name for tobacco, that still doesn't make the word "cigars" an error. One is just made from the other. --Serenity 08:39, 20 October 2006 (CDT)
Confirmed Ngarenn's note: The dialog was said in the transcript I have. The problem is that fumarello leaf is a generic where a more specific term to describe the type of fumarello product used (a cigar) is more appropriate. It would be as if I asked you, "Would you like some fumarello leaf?" instead of "Would you like a cigarette?" or "Would you like some chew?" The specific works better because Baltar is offering an actual cigar (a term used in "Black Market"). --Spencerian 15:34, 20 October 2006 (CDT)
