Adam 'Mojo' Lebowitz of Foundation Imaging is a visual effects designer for the Re-imagined Series. He has shared two Emmy nominations for his work on this series, one in 2005 and another in 2007. He and his fellow effects department members won the latter nomination.
Lebowitz is a big fan of the Original Series and calls himself "an "ambassador" of the 1979 version, always looking for opportunities to include classic Galactica material on the current series"[1]. He was the one who came up with the idea of including a flashback with original series Centurions, which eventually appeared up in "Razor". He also appeared at the 2007 Emmy ceremony dressed as a Colonial Warrior.
His previous credits in genre shows include Babylon 5, Star Trek: Voyager, Serenity and the re-mastered version of Star Trek: The Motion Picture. He won an Emmy Award for his work on the Voyager episode "Dark Frontier". He was previously nominated for the episode "Year of Hell, Part II".
