==Notes==

* Muffit speaks in a language not translated to English in the comic, and so much of his dialogue is inferred by how characters reply to Muffit. This is similar to [[Wookieepedia:Chewbacca|Chewbacca]] from ''[[Wookieepedia:Star Wars|Star Wars]]'', where that character's dialogue consists of growls and whimpers.

For the canonical character from whom this depiction is based, see: Lotay.

Queen Lotay is the leader of the Ovions during the Ovion Wars.

As with the rest of the Ovions, Lotay is presumed killed in the Battle of Carillion. This is disproven upon Starchaser's landing on the remains of Carillion and its crew being summarily captured and presented to Lotay.

Athena strikes a deal with Lotay to assist in their fight against Baltar and the Cylonics, offering herself to be tried for war crimes in return for the Ovions' support (Steampunk Battlestar Galactica 1880).
