Rika Belzen is the wife of Pegasus' executive officer, Jurgen Belzen.

Belzen has at least two daughters and is apparently a family friend to Admiral Helena Cain, as Jurgen tells Cain that he knows that his wife and daughters would love to see her.

Presumably, Belzen and her family were killed during the renewed attack against the Colonies by the Cylons ^{(TRS: "Razor")}.
