This is the overview. Basically, a summary of what the idea is about. You can get into the details later on.
Star of Kobol "Project"
I thought since we have no way to congratulate users who are not admins, but sort of a cool, your work is welcome, we create a "Barnstar" called the Star of Kobol. Basicly a image of the Star of Kobol (Self Created; Not Made yet) can be placed on the users main page. There are two templates... {{kobolstar|Number of times greater than 1...}} and {{kobalstar nomination}}.
Though, I have no idea what the criteria might be. Maybe this should be hashed out by the Admins and voted upon by everyone. I would suggest this "project" start after the start of Season 3.
The proposal should strive to answer some of the common questions, such as:
- What is the benefit of this proposal to the wiki? Gives users "picks me up" for work they done
- What is involved in implementing this idea? Two Templates, There Images (BW:SI and the icons), and Project Page
- Who is going to do it? I am going to do the templates, but not the criteria.
- Why should we do it at all? Gives users to strive for something..
- How will we use the idea? Project based on BW:FA
- Should the proposal pass, when will work start on this idea? Could start hashing away now, but should not be active till start of Season 3.
- Where will this idea be implemented? (e.g. Will it be on certain types of pages or the entire Wiki in general?) user pages. There have to be something that allows people to add the {{kobalstar nomination}} to other people pages without consequences.
