Please note that "official" naming comes from the aired episode, including credits, and RDM (through podcasts or other official comments on the episode). Sites like IMDB, fan pages or news pages, and (strangely enough) sometimes even the Sci-Fi Channel official page are not good sources for this kind of information as they contradict each other.
